Seth Rollins became the new WWE United States Champion and retained the WWE Heavyweight Championship after his victory over John Cena at SummerSlam.

But that didn’t come without some help.

Jon Stewart made his return to television and the WWE, nailing John Cena with a  chair, enabling Rollins to hit the now former U.S. Champ with a pedigree.

The Barclays Center crowd enjoyed the finish and I’m sure this could only mean Stewart is booked for some additional appearances on WWE after what happened at SummerSlam.
