Shaun Hill catches his own pass against the Broncos

This have been going pretty well for the St. Louis Rams this afternoon considering they lead the Denver Broncos 16-7 in the third quarter. However you really know things are going your way when you’re QB is able to catch his own pass and not get taken down for a huge loss.

Well that’s exactly what happen this afternoon when Rams QB Shaun Hill was able to catch his own pass and scramble back to the line of scrimmage before settling for a field goal. The play came when Hill’s pass was batted down by Malik Jackson but only to ricochet off a helmet and back into the arms of the St. Louis signal caller.

Hill today is 18/25 for 201 yards and a 63-yard TD pass to Kenny Britt.
