Petra Kvitova wins second Wimbledon title

Sixth seeded Petra Kvitova won her second Wimbledon title dominating 13th seeded Eugenie Bouchard 6-3, 6-0.

The 24-year old Kvitova was masterful in the match and near perfect running a smooth game from side-to-side while employing a powerful serve onto Bouchard. Kvitova also provided little opportunity for the 2o-year old Bouchard to mount any kind of comeback.

For Bouchard who was playing in her first Grand Slam final didn’t play a bad match, she was just overcome by Kvitova who perhaps played the two best sets of her career.
