76ers rookie Jahlil Okafor is a little sensitive to someone stating the obvious.

In the early Thursday morning hours, Okafor was allegedly involved in a Boston street fight following a four point loss to the Celtics which moved the 76ers to 16-0 on the season. The fight however escalated after Okafor claimed to be heckled in a Boston nightclub while someone outside yelled ‘Sixers suck’.

Here’s TMZ with the details:

We spoke with a rep for Jahlil who tells us … Okafor says he was being heckled from the moment he left the club and felt threatened because people swarmed him on the street.

He says he was with a teammate — who he wouldn’t name — and says someone got physical with the teammate … so Jahlil did what he felt he needed to do to protect himself and his friend.

If Okafor is going to throw down with anyone who yells ‘Sixers suck’ then he may want to give up the whole basketball thing and hit up Dana White for UFC.
