Today, Mariano Rivera came one step closer to history.
He got save 601 which ties the MLB record. Rivera will share the record as of right now with seven time MLB All Star, Trevor Hoffman.Rivera looks like he’s going to take the record and put his name at the top of the all time saves list which would pretty much top off his career. Rivera could certainly keep going but I think we’re all expecting him to possibly call it a career.
