Sure Thing:
Jesse Williams of Alabama. Absolute beast who fits anywhere in a 4-3 or 3-4 scheme. That versatility will allow him to be picked very highly, because teams won’t pass up on him because he’s not a fit.

Sleeper: Bennie Logan of LSU. Played pretty well in the SEC at times, but other times disappeared from games. He had lots of NFL level talent around him while playing in Baton Rouge but still didn’t shine as bright as he should have. He could grow into a very talented player, or just simply fade away.
