In case you missed this yesterday, former MLB outfield prospect Danry Vasquez was released from a pro team in Pennsylvania after a 2016 surveillance video surfaced of the piece of shit beating the fuck out of his then girlfriend at a stadium.
At the time of the video according to TMZ, Vasquez was playing for the Corpus Christi Hooks, the Double-A affiliate of the Houston Astros and was also formerly a prospect in the Detroit Tigers‘ system.
Unfortunately, other than losing his job in Corpus Christi, Vasquez didn’t suffer any substantial legal ramifications for punching this woman in the face and dragging her down a stairwell. Nueces County District Attorney Mark Gonzalez told TMZ that the woman decided not to press charges and the case was ultimately dropped since the victim didn’t want to move forward. So on top of probably spending a few hours in jail, Vasquez was required to complete some anger management courses and sent on his way.
Furthermore, TMZ learned the woman in the video eventually broke up with Vasquez unfortunately however the five-tool shit bag is now married to a new woman, who I’m assuming had no idea what he did to his former girlfriend in a stairwell. Or she isn’t surprised because he very well could be doing this again given the slap on the wrist and stern talking to he received the first time around.
Anyways, the MLB world has weighed in on this walking, talking piece of shit including Astros starter Justin Verlander who had some choice words for Vasquez.
🖕🏻 you man. I hope the rest of your life without baseball is horrible. You deserve all that is coming your way! https://t.co/e8nJ8urUAJ

Needless to say, it’s concerning Vasquez even got another shot in baseball after this? Hopefully the team in Pennsylvania had no idea of this 2016 video and instead his time spent with them was due to a horrible HR department. If they knew about it though then shame on that team for providing this shit stain with another opportunity in baseball.
