Nate Silver is a genius, there’s no debating that. But what really makes Nate Silver interesting to myself and the overall theme of The Majors is his personal investment in sports. So with one of the biggest gambling periods of the year upon us – the NCAA Tournament – it seems only fitting and pretty logical to get Mr. Silver’s take on things. And why not? We’re better off listening to him than some talking head on ESPN that under the surface of their prediction is probably pandering to some television contract they have with a major conference.
