The Chicago White Sox and Seattle Mariners were entrenched in a marathon game Wednesday that took a turn for the dramatic in extra innings.

After a scoreless tie heading into the 14th, Alex Rios finally got a team on the board when his RBI single to left-center opened the flood gates for the White Sox to score 5 runs in the inning.

Game over right?

Wrong.

The very next inning, the Mariners came storming back for five runs of their own including a game tying grand slam from Kyle Seager which kept the game going. However the most amazing part of that particular play wasn’t the grand slam itself, it was adult fans continuing to make themselves look like total jackasses.

In the video we can an adult male stampede a young boy for the $10 baseball which you can only assume will be displayed proudly next to his d-bag of the week award.

You know that guy’s mom is probably very proud.

Chicago eventually overcame disaster when they scored two runs in the 16th to win 7-5.
