In what’s being scored as an upset victory, a bloodied Nate Diaz successfully submitted the favored Conor McGregor in the second round of UFC 196 Saturday night from Las Vegas.

McGregor, who was testing the waters in the welterweight class and possibly become the first ever dual weight champion in UFC history stunned Diaz early with an early shot to the face that opened him up.

Diaz however was able to regain his composure and choke out McGregor for the win.
