In the world of sports, especially college athletics nowadays it’s becoming more sporadic that you see one of those feel good stories that puts your faith back into humanity. In the current state of the NCAA it’s become all about scandal and money something sports in general should never be about.

What the Nebraska football team did though for seven-year-old Jack Hoffman, a cancer patient truly embodies what the game of football and any competitive sport for that matter should ultimately be about.

During the team’s Spring Game the team had the young guy line up next to QB Taylor Martinez who handed off to him after the snap. From there Hoffman ran for a 69-yard touchdown with the scene afterwards being absolutely priceless.
