Marshall Plumlee unlike Duke went down easy today against Notre Dame

Duke was the victim of an upset this afternoon falling to Notre Dame 95-91 for their first home loss in just over a year. Bonzie Colson scored a career-high 31 points while netting 11 rebounds as Irish head coach Mike Brey is the only one of Mike Krzyewski’s assistants to beat him.

The comic relief though came when Duke’s Marshall Plumlee was taken to ground with little to no contact as the Blue Devil big man did everything he could try and draw the foul.

It didn’t work.
