Greg Monroe had another great night but Monta Ellis and David Lee proved to be too much as the Pistons fell to the Golden State Warriors 99-91 from The Palace.

David Lee was able to stymie Jonas Jerebko and Ben Wallace as he dropped 24 on the Pistons while Monta Ellis scored 22.

Monroe on the other hand was able to nail down 25 points and 8 rebounds which led the Pistons.

After taking a 48-44 halftime lead, the Pistons began to fall apart in the second half.

Austin Daye’s offensive struggles continued as he missed a pair of three pointers while a Jerebko turnover led a Golden State fast break to a 12-0 run and a 88-73 lead. The Pistons on the other side of things only managed 9 points in the first 9 minutes of the fourth quarter.
