According to his agent the Lions have signed former Miami Dolphins DT Vaugn Martin.

Martin becomes a depth guy behind both Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley on Detroit’s defensive line. He signed as a free agent with the Dolphins last season before being released in November due to sports hernia surgery. Martin though picked up more time with San Diego during his first three seasons in the league starting in 27 games while racking up 3 sacks.
