The offseason the No Fun League implemented a rule that players will no longer be able to dunk on the upright cross bar claiming it would knock it off center. Right.
That’s not going to stop Calvin Johnson though who says he still plans on implementing that into this touchdown celebrations with a slight modification.
“I’m still going to dunk,” Johnson told the Detroit Free Press. “I just won’t touch the rim.”
Under the new rule the NFL categorizes the crossbar as a prop which the league has already implemented rules against using during celebrations.
I’m sure plenty of other players will improvise just like Megatron.
