The wait is over, the Cleveland Browns trade up to the 22nd pick with the Philadelphia Eagles to select Johnny Manziel.
After passing on him once and an impending free fall for the Texas A&M QB, Manziel lands with a team that was suspected of taking him all along. Now can Johnny Football shake the perceived QB curse that resides with the Browns? Couch, Quinn, Weeden, etc…
Overall it was probably best he gets out of the state of Texas and into a smaller market. But if Cleveland remains Cleveland can Manziel keep his focus? He’s probably the most athletic QB in the draft but there’s still plenty of concerns surrounding Johnny.
