Last week it all hit the fan for ESPN reporter Britt McHenry was exposed for being monstrous stuck up bitch while berating a tow yard attendant on camera.

McHenry eventually apologized via Twitter which by any account only happened because the video of super bitch went public. This was followed by what seemed to be a pretty lenient response from the four-letter which included a one-week suspension.

In an intense and stressful moment, I allowed my emotions to get the best of me and said some insulting and regrettable things. As frustrated as I was, I should always choose to be respectful and take the high road. I am so sorry for my actions and will learn from this mistake.

Notably that week suspension is far less than what other world-wide leader personalities got for berating each other on twitter. I’m sure Bill Simmons and Keith Olbermann can make some sort of testament to this.

But like any other public tantrum from someone who’s in the media, more came out on Britt McHenry’s history of seemingly being some arrogant, contentious pain in the ass which Deadspin highlights. This includes an email they received from what appears to be a former classmate of McHenry at Northwestern:

Overall she was just very stuck up and stuck on herself. She would barely associate herself with most of us in the program. She asked one classmate who was cool with most folks “why do you still hang out with those Medilldos?” Most of us lived either in Evanston or not far from it in Chicago and there would be times I’d see her outside of class and she would just walk past me on the street without speaking. This wasn’t a huge program. Our incoming quarter was around 35-40 people and we’re spending 8 hours a day, 5 days a week together for the most part. She was in Medill’s DC program for the last quarter and it was well-known among most of the people there that she and another girl filmed fake stand ups for their reporter reels. Not long ago she got into a Facebook spat with a classmate whose wife is expecting a baby after she complained about having to see so many baby pictures in her newsfeed. At best, her work back then was mediocre and other people in the program with about the same skill set never landed jobs after graduating — on top of the many people with better skills who never found work either.

On the flip side, Busted Coverage has more on the towing company and the lady at the other end of McHenry’s wrath.

So should McHenry lose her job? Probably not but there’s no question a week-long suspension wasn’t enough. Either way if McHenry were to get unloaded by the mother ship she’ll undoubtedly fit right in at Fox News.
