My thoughts re: @Kaepernick7? Teams don't currently view him as a starting QB, and NFL teams accept ZERO distractions from their backup QBs.

Is Colin Kaepernick in a different realm when it comes to being that off the field distraction or are teams simply hypocrites when it comes to signing the former 49ers QB?
