Last week PJ Fleck announced that he was leaving Western Michigan for Minnesota after guiding the Broncos to a 13-1 season. Fleck was one of the hottest commodities on the the college coaching market and was seemingly a score for the Golden Gophers who underwent a tough December.

But was it really the right move for both sides?

Is Fleck taking on too much with all the baggage that comes with Minnesota?

What about the Golden Gophers. Did they need a bigger name like a Les Miles to dig the program out of the hole they’re in?
