It seems like for the most part the Super Bowl halftime show was pretty much what we expected. Katy Perry did some lip synching, wore an outfit that would make Bam Bam Bigelow proud, there were some cool special effects then all of a sudden Missy Elliott was able to get some time off from her job managing a Taco Bell to make an appearance.
