49ers linebacker Aldon Smith somehow just can’t keep himself out of trouble.
According to Matt Keller of ABC 7 and the Santa Clara Police Department, Smith was arrested last night by Santa Clara Police and booked into the Santa Clara jail. The charges stemmed from an alleged hit and run, DUI and vandalism.
So a typical night for Mr. Smith.

This latest arrest for Smith adds to an ever growing rap sheet that includes himself getting stabbed at a house party he hosted back in 2012, another DUI, getting suspended by Roger Goodell in 2014 for violating the NFL’s substance abuse and personal conduct policies, and this little incident that happened at the airport.
Come on though, that’s a mug shot of a man Mario Karting his way out of the NFL.
